agile-space provides pet care services including but not limited to grooming, dog walking, pet sitting, and overnight care. All services are subject to availability and our standard service conditions.
Booking and Cancellation
Service bookings are confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pets
- Disclose any health conditions, behavioural issues, or special needs of your pet
- Ensure your pet's vaccinations are current
- Provide appropriate access for scheduled services
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care, agile-space shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or death of a pet that occurs during or following our services, except in cases of proven negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
